Abusive or aggressive behaviour We are currently experiencing a high number of aggressive / rude calls to our services. Whilst we know it is a very difficult time for unpaid carers, it is not fair to subject our staff – who are working incredibly hard – to abusive or aggressive behaviour. A lot of the angry calls we are receiving are in relation to the Welsh Government grants. Whilst we want to accept all genuine applications, we have been set an eligibility criteria which we are being monitored on and this means we will sadly not be able to accept every one. In addition to the Welsh Government grants, which are for short-term emergency support, we are able to help in many other ways and we hope you feel able to talk to us about that or just call us if you need someone to talk to. We will not tolerate abusive or aggressive behaviour towards our staff.
